A relaxed and bespoke river safari experience
With a limited number of guests on each boat, staying on one of the Chobe Princesses is like having your own houseboat. For a more exclusive experience, you can book the entire boat, transforming it into your private safari villa on the water. These houseboats allow you to explore the stunning Chobe River at your own pace, offering an expansive and varied adventure through one of Africa’s most iconic waterways.
The Chobe Princess sails on scheduled weekly departures every Monday (two nights), Wednesday (two nights) and Friday (three nights).

With a guest-to-staff ratio of 2 to 1, the Chobe Princess houseboats provide a high level of personal service and attention. Each cabin accommodates two guests and measures an average of 140 sq ft (13 sq meters), offering a comfortable and well-appointed space for guests to relax and enjoy the surrounding river scenery.
Two of the Chobe Princess houseboats feature four cabins, and the third, larger houseboat offers five cabins.

The lounge is a comfortable and social space equipped with books and games, providing the perfect way to relax on holiday. This unique setting offers an exceptional view of wildlife along the banks of the Chobe National Park through the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors.
Pool Deck

The top viewing deck on the Chobe Princess offers a unique vantage point for observing game along the banks of the Chobe River. It was an awesome experience and the service was first class. We could not ask for better. All the arrangements went well and according to plan! It was like clockwork! The three course meals where outstanding and the staff was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended

For birders this is a must do trip
I am a regular client as it is a nature pilgrimage that one should do regularly to clear the mind of the clutter of every day life. The staff are exceptionally attentive and thd food top class. The idea of helping yourself at meals is great as you then take the amount that YOU want. For birders this is a must do trip. Thanks guys again for a wonderful time.

We really loved our time aboard
We really loved our time aboard the Chobe Princess 1. Everything was arranged very well, from the delicious food to all the excursions. The bar was also well stocked and we enjoyed some nice cocktails during sunset. The staff was amazing and very attentive. We had a lovely cabin at front of the boat with a spacious balcony. Right from the start we could see a big heard of elephants, so that was very special. We saw lots of other wildlife during our boat trips. It was great to combine the Ichingo Lodge with our stay on the Chobe Princess, both are very unique experiences.

An Amazing Holiday
Spent an amazing four nights in the Chobe Princess. Herds of elephants, hippos, giraffes and crocs. The team on the boat was amazing, the food was excellent and the accommodations were immaculate and comfortable.
