Flexible Terms

In order to be as flexible as possible we have amended our cancellation terms for new bookings to minimise any negative impact as much as we can. That being said, new bookings made for travel up until 30 June 2023 can be held provisionally for 14 days upon which time written confirmation is required.

As always, caring for our guests is at the very heart of what we do. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic we’ve implemented the most stringent measures and procedures to safeguard both our guests and staff.

Zambezi Queen

All-inclusive package lets you completely unwind and enjoy your incredible holiday with accommodation, transfers, meals, drinks, expert guides and safari activities included.

From R7 450 – Standard Cabin (Per person sharing per night for either a 2, 3 or 4 night itinerary)
From R8 810 – Master / Superior Cabin (Per person sharing per night for either a 2, 3 or 4 night itinerary)

Chobe Princesses

With only a small number of guests per boat staying in one of the three Chobe Princesses is like being on your very own houseboat. The entire boat can also be booked exclusively, giving you your very own private villa on the water.

Ichingo Chobe River Lodge

Ichingo Chobe River Lodge offers the ideal location to experience all that the Chobe has to offer with the added benefit of being on the Namibian side of the river. Quieter, more secluded and personalised the lodge is ideal for families, couples or groups.

From R4 700 – Per person sharing per night

- Accommodation
- All meals, soft drinks, mineral water, coffee, tea, local beer and wine
- Guided water-based game viewing and birding
- Guided water-based fishing (all fishing is strictly catch and release)*
- Guided (non-professional) water-based photographic safari**
- Guided cultural tour of a local village
- Guided walks on Impalila Island, for Ichingo Chobe River Lodge guests only
- Road transfers to and from Kasane International Airport and Kasane Immigration Office located on the Botswana side of the Chobe River***
- Boat transfers between Kasane Immigration Office and Namibia Immigration Office located on the Namibian side of the Chobe River***
* Subject to availabilty of fishing boats. Please note fishing excursions are limited to 1 tank of fuel per boat per day
** Subject to availability of the photographic boat
*** When arriving at the Kasane and Namibian Immigration Offices guests need to fill in the required immigration forms to gain access and departure permission from the relevant authorities. This process can take between 45 to 60 minutes to complete and needs to be considered in terms of timing and pre-planning.

- Applicable for new bookings made from 20 March 2023
- Valid for travel up until 30 June 2023

- Please note fishing excursions are limited to 1 tank of fuel per boat per day
- Revised refundable cancellation terms are in place exclusively for new bookings made from 11 May 2021 for reasons relating to Covid-19 that are due to arrive within 30 days at a Zambezi Queen Collection property. These include:
  - If all Zambezi Queen Collection properties in the region that the guest was due to visit are temporarily closed,
  - If the government of the country within which the Zambezi Queen Collection property is located has closed its borders to international travellers,
  - If the government of the country within which the Zambezi Queen Collection property is located has declared that no visas will be issued to travellers from the country of origin of the guest,
  - If the government of the guest’s country of residence has closed its borders to all but essential travel,
  - If the government of the country within which the Zambezi Queen Collection property is located has imposed a mandatory quarantine upon entering the country,
  - If guests contract COVID-19 within 14 days of travel date,
  - If guests are denied boarding onto the aircraft due to an elevated temperature.
- Please note that we have a minimum occupancy requirement before we can confirm your provisional reservation as follows.
  - Zambezi Queen: 6 suites (12 pax minimum)
- We reserve the right to move guests between our properties should the minimum occupancy requirement not be met. We will refund guests the difference in rate if applicable.
- Not available in conjunction with another promotion and/or special rate
- Subject to availability and to change without prior notification
- Includes 15% Namibian VAT and 1% Namibian Tourism Levy
- 30% Single supplement is applicable
- Community development levy is applicable
