OUR RESPONSE TO COVID-19
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have partnered with top experts to implement new standards of safety and enhanced operational protocols and procedures which are among the most stringent in the hospitality industry. As always, caring for our valued guests and employees is our top priority.
We have also amended our booking terms and conditions, and are encouraging guests to postpone travel, rather than cancel. We will continue to be as flexible as possible in order to simplify the booking process and to minimise any negative impact as much as we can.
